Kathy:
You make a good point about Dog and Beth "Going Hollywood."
I never knew of them until A&E gave them their show in 2004. Interestingly, I saw an episode of Court T.V's "Anatomy of Crime" concerning bounty hunters recently which included Dog.
This must have been shot circa 1995-96 as it mentioned how a couple in late 1994 were taken into custody by BEAs who mistook them for the fugitives they were tracking. It made no mention of the infamous 1997 shoot-out in Arizona by the fake BEAs.
Nevertheless, the episode shows a more, well, conservative Dog in that he's better dressed and behaved. I believe Beth is show too, and needless to say she's a far cry from the Beth we all know and love
I'm certain it's already been said here and elsewhere, but their (bungled) capture of Andrew Lister was nothing more than a publicity stunt for them aided and abeited by the aformentined Divas of Dumbness. I certainly don't wish anyone time in Mexican jail, but he knew the risk he was taking by going there to capture Luster, and thus should pay the penalty for his actions.
If anything, I hope this on-going drama vomits out all the Dog wannabes from the industry. Not to mention forces A&E to slaughter its "cash cow" and get back to producing the shows its know for like "Investigative Reports", "City Confidential" and "American Justice."
