I always carry a set of cuffs, in my briefcase, in Court. There have been more than a couple of times that they have been needed (as an extra) by the Bailiff and they know I always have at least one set. I once forgot them and had to borrow a set from them when I left to go get someone. Learned the lesson form that one . . . do not leave home without my " stuff" . . . . But then I do live in Arkansas.
