Cut the check. This was a stupid bond out of the gate. Anyone that chooses to write that recklessly should pay. Used to be here those bonds were exonerated in this situation. Bondsmen were making some money up in NW AR. The Courts decided that they were not getting the Defendant and they were not getting the money . . . but the bondsman was. You write one of those now . . . That Mexico excuse is just . . . that . . .

I am referring to the specific type of bond. The misdemeanors in my area go to court. The felonies, go back to their home Country.

Lopez had to pay 10 percent of the $35,000, or $3,500. <<>> the bondsman went to Lopez's house on West Palmetto Avenue in DeLand within 24 hours of his release to place a GPS monitoring device on him. But Lopez's wife said he was gone.

"Well, DDDuuuhhhh?!!"

Darwins theory.... "Natural Selection".... it will always play a part... in life, in business... makes no difference... bondsmen that stick in this business make realistic decisions... the rest will fall to the wayside rather quickly....

How often do we say.... WRITE THE BOND NOT THE PREMIUM!!!

I will never say never... we have all made bad decisions but you learn very quickly in this business... I think there is a quote somewhere.... "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Albert Einstein...
