Just wondering if anyone notices that Scott Bernstein is appearing on Fox News representing a professional recovery agent. A quick review of the late Lance Wilkinson LAW post below motivated me to speak up.

Is everyone here going to just sit back silently while this “new” media representative passes himself off as the ”icon of bail recovery” ? We sure miss Lance, he definitely would not be silent.
