Please Note, that even though physical Bounty Hunting and Bail Enforcement Is Banned in these states, you can still act as a private investigator or virtual bounty hunter by helping authorities at local, state & federal levels for substantial rewards.
I've been looking to get into this type of work and live in Illinois. Does this mean I would basicly track them but not be able to apprehend them ? And how would I get into this kind of work ? Do you have to attend school or just a basic short course or licensing certification ?
