I haven't taken his class, but he is one of the originators of Blackbook and Skipsmasher so would guess that he knows his stuff at least in regards to skiptracing and investigations.

Blackbookonline.info is free for anyone, although there is a disclaimer at the bottom that it is only to be used by PI's. It is a compilation of publically available information with links to various state/local, etc sites to locate that informtion. Essentially they do for free what companies like Net Detective charge for.
