To be a Fugitve recovery agent do you have to be a US citizen.? I am moving to the US to be with my wife and family in Neenah WI around April. I well coming as a permanent residnet. If not what LE job could I do if any.??

1) Wisconsin doesn't have commercial bail. Therefore they don't have BEA's.
2) I don't know employment laws concerning foreigners. I know there are permits, visas, etc that foreigners often obtain.
3) If I am not mistaken, Yes, you have to be a U.S. Citizen to be a Leo. However, I would check with that particular dept.

It is required in our state to be a US citizen.
