I guess this would be a question for one of the administrators. I am based out of Wisconsin, but will be doing BE in Minnesota. I am in the directory now under WI. Should I leave it there, or move it to MN? Thank you.

In my opinion, it is only logical to list your company in the states that you actually are licensed in, so if anyone bothered to check your license they would contact the correct state government as opposed to contacting 1 that knows nothing about you.

Thanks RWB. Minnesota does not require a license and Wisconsin doesn't have BE. When I first joined the forum, I saw BEA's in the directory listed in WI that obviously had to be doing business in MN. I wasn't sure what FRN's policy was. I will move it to MN. Thank you again.
