Important new Update on Anthony Oliver!

Tony Oliver has an *extraditable* felony arrest warrant out of San Diego County California and is some SERIOUS DEEP SH*T as a result.

Go to the Anthony Oliver Blog to learn more and find out what he is being charged with.
http://tonyoliver. blogspot. com/

He almost killed a firefighter this time.

Note: If you are hiding Anthony Oliver or know of his whereabouts, you must consider him to be both armed and dangerous. I have several pictures of him with firearms and he has a previous arrest history of domestic violence. You are probably not safe. Don't get yourself into trouble or hurt for hiding this liar and thief.

You can email me or leave a comment through this blog with his location and remain completely anonymous.
Better yet, get away from him and call your local police right now!

Please tell a friend and post to other bail enforcement newsgroups and communities. This is important.

WHEN I DID A LITTLE CHECKING ON THIS GUY, I CALLED THE COURTS IN CALIFORNIA FOR THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO AND THEY REFERED ME THE COUNTY WARRANTS SYSTEM THERE NUMBER IS 858 - 974 - 2457 THERE THEY TOLD ME THAT IT'S A CALIFORNIA WARRANT ONLY. THEY WILL NOT EXTRADITE HIM FROM NO OTHER STATE.

WHATS COMES AS A SURPISE IS THAT OLIVER WAS IN CUSTODY IN MEMPHIS, TN SOME WEEKS AGO AFTER HE SCAMMED ME, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN CALIFORNIA BLOCKED HIS EXTRDATION. THE WARRANT CLEARLY STATES "NON EXTRADTION PER DOJ."

HOW DOES ONE ALMOST KILL A FIREFIGHTER AND BE FINE AND LIVE IN YOUR OWN SKIN. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND I GOT NO WHERE. I HAVE ALSO FOUND A PICTURE OF OLIVER WEARING A MILITARY UNIFORM WITH NUMEROUS MEDALS. FROM MY UNDERSTANDING, HE HAS NEVER SERVED IN ANY BRANCH.

I FIGURE SINCE I TOOK THE LOSS ON 245.00 ON SOME FAKE ASS GEAR, I MIGHT AS WELL LOSE MORE BY TRYING TO TRACK DOWN HIS MONKEY ASS. SORRY GUYS FOR BEING SO UPSET, BUT HES A POS. AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY LEADS ON HIM? I HAVE HIS DADS ADDRESS IF ANYONE NEEDS IT.

If you have a photo of Mr. Oliver wearing a military uniform, and presenting himself as a military member you should contact the FBI or DOD/OIG, there is a little know federal law that makes that a crime. A few years some clown from the mid-west was convicted for the samething.

I had already reported AO to the Marine Corps Ag's office in Washington, D.C. I had to leave a message, but the next day an aid to that office returned my call. She stated that there are an abundance of cases of military impersonations occurring right now and there wasn't anything they were going to do about it. Needless to say I was shocked, I told her so, that I couldn't believe that a Marine would just simply shrug this off as being unimportant. She replied that it wasn't thier jurisidiction.

You are correct LuVonda.

The Stolen Valor Act of 2005 (the Act),

signed into law by President George W. Bush on December 20, 2006,[1] is a U.S. law that broadens the provisions of previous U.S. law addressing the unauthorized wear, manufacture, sale or claim (either written or verbal) of any military decorations and medals. It is a federal misdemeanor offense, which carries a punishment of imprisonment for not more than 1 year and/or a fine; the scope previously covered only the Medal of Honor.

The Act was first introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on July 19, 2005 by Representative John Salazar, a Democrat from Colorado, as H.R. 3352.[2][3] It was introduced into the Senate by Senator Kent Conrad, a Democrat from North Dakota, on November 10, 2005 as S. 1998.[4][5] The Senate version was passed unanimously on September 7, 2006.[5][6] The Senate version then went to the same House Judiciary Committee that held the House version. The Act briefly stalled, but the House subsequently passed the Senate version, S. 1998, on December 6, 2006.[7]

The purpose of the Act is to strengthen the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 704 by broadening its scope and strengthening penalties. Specific new provisions in the Act include: granting more authority to Federal law enforcement officers, extending scope beyond the Medal of Honor, broadening the law to cover false claims whereas previously an overt act had to be committed, covering mailing and shipping of medals, and protecting the reputation and meaning of military heroism medals.[3][5] The law Under the act, it is illegal to wear, buy, sell, barter, trade or manufacture "any decoration or medal authorized by Congress for the armed forces of the United States, or any of the service medals or badges awarded to the members of such forces." In the 18 months after act was enacted, the Chicago Tribune estimates 20 prosecutions and the number is increasing as awareness about the law spreads. [8]

The need for the Act came about because of large numbers of fake military heroes in the United States. For example, as of June 2, 2006 there were only 120 living Medal of Honor recipients, but there were far more known imposters.[9][10][11] There are also large numbers of fake Navy SEALS[12][13] and Army Special Forces,[14] among others.

The DOJ/U.S. Attorneys Office enforces this law.

The Marine Corps person was correct the issue is not within its jurisidiction, the military can only enforce the UCMJ, the Manual of Arms, and a limited number of other federal laws related to the military. That is why I advised him to contact the FBI/DOD-OIG insofar as the crime is under their jurisidiction. You are correct LuVonda, however this law dates back WWII, the new law enhanced 18 USC 704. Anyone who has been in the military should have learned this in basic training.

Mr.Marshall,

You are the man, as I said the FBI is the investigative arm of the DOJ and the USAO will present the case in court. That is why when someone has alleged that he/she was in the military I ask from a copy of their DD214.
