I can find no instructions related to placing pictures in your posts... I have been able to accomplish the same end result by uploading '.jpg files' as attachments but I thought there was another way to put .jpg's in the post as well... or should I just continue with the 'files' procedure as the easiest way to to it?

that is the best way to do it in that it stays with the post. It can be done as part of the post . . . . upload to a photobucket account and then the right click and copy on the properties and then a little editing on the placement of the brackets . . . a little trial and error is how I learned . . . but I think that you are doing just fine

It is also used as a symbol for an underground leo organization who is fed up with our current "justice" system. The cops who are members of this cult, group, fraternity, whatever take the law into thier own hands and administer "street justice" to the wife beaters, drug dealers, child molester's, etc. There are small window decals of this symbol, much like the "Blue line" decals, that members place on thier vehicles so that other cops will instantly recognize a brother of the fraternity.
A chapter of this organization was recently uncovered and investigated, I believe somewhere in Northern California earlier this year, if I'm not mistaken.

Ruffin, I saw this decal on a side window in Richmond the other day... I thought it was a drug thing cause it was on a 'pimped' ride that I had observed.... older car, big expensive chrome wheels... lowered... all the other stuff.... dark windows .... but who can tell for sure... so many, many variations nowadays... hell, it might have been an undercover boy for all I know............... You know, with all the political crap getting involved and restrictions on LE and the system... it is no wonder that there are 'under the radar' groups that want to stop this insanity.... and who can blame them??? THIS WOULD BE A GOOD THREAD IDEA TO BEGIN AND FOLLOW... MIGHT SHUDDA posted this somewhere else but....... will leave it here I suppose.... just a comment on Ruffin's comment.

Actually, there are 2 versions of the "Punisher" movie. The earlier version starred Dolph Lundgren, who actually made a sequel to his original version. It looked like for a minute there that they were going to make it a tv series, but it never happened.
The much later version, starring Tom Jane (Punisher), John Travolta (bad guy), Rebecca Stamos, Will Patton, Roy Schieder, just to name a few of this all-star studded cast, was produced in 2004.
