Bail Bond License registration in Monroe county Pennsylvania

Hello all, I'm going to throw this out here again, if any of you live in north east Pennsylvania and you are a license, registered and bonded Professional Bail Bondman in your county, did any of you experience Problems getting your license registered in your specific county clerks office? and if so, what Problems did you encounter? the reason i ask is because even some attorneys do not know the difference between a Professional Bail Bondsman and a surety Bail Bondsman, or what type of Bond is needed for a Professional Bail Bondsman.
