As of this date i know of no company that will write a policy for just Bail Enforcement

You live and work in a state where a PI license is easy to get. Get your PI through DCJS and insurance as a PI agency. There is a good agency in your area of operations named Young Insurance. What you do as a PI is nobody else's business, read between the lines or call me if that is not clear enough for you.
