I am blown away to see all the guys from the past still doing the deed. Joe, Steve, Scott, etc. Hopefully someone out there still remembers me..........William Berry from Maryland. Probably best remembered for my little adventure in Haiti. lol. I got out of the game a couple of years ago as some may remember to pursue my Defense Contracting business. That is taking care of itself and a few previous clients are helping me make the desire to play again a reality. Any chance I can hang around a bit with you guys again? Thanx!

p.s. Bandit (K9) is still as fiesty as ever.

Thanks Scott. I was planning on giving you a call once I was in order. I have been meeting with my old clients for the last two weeks trying to get organized.

The visit here has been somewhat bittersweet with learning of Lance's passing. He was instrumental in a couple of my Mexico cases (by doing it the correct way) and helped me greatly with my Haiti case. Although they ultimately detained me illegally, he helped me do it by the book prior.

I remember having a bunch of fun conversations back when we were all on the "Metro Bail Enforcement" forum back in the day. I still see our "Metro" assoc once in awhile in ATL as I have a plant and office there for my Defense Contracting company.

Am I to understand you guys have a private section here as well?

More later...........

Thanks again.

Mr. Berry,

Yes, there is a restricted section here for verified Pi's and BEA's. Someone has to nominate you, vouch for you, sponsor you, etc. Once that is done, everyone else has to vote on you. Depending on the vote, you'll either be accepted or not.

Since I don't know you, but you do know Scott M., perhaps he will vouch for you ? We typically accept words of Honour from trusted members.

Anyway, Scott will contact me 1 way or the other regarding your character.

Thank you. Two others I spoke with at length in the past are Joe Stiles and Steve Hedrick. Perhaps they may speak for me as well. I don't recall ever pissing them off. lol

Up until I took a hiatus to form another company I was a licensed PI in Maryland and helped draft legislation for bail enforcement in MD with (at the time) SGT Paros of the MSP licensing division. It ultimately was not passed as the bondsmen had a fit about the PI or licensed bondsman requirement.

Most recently my company has developed a polymer material that is sprayed on buildings and vehicles to mitigate the effects of bomb blasts. Since our Govt testing and such is complete I now have the necc time to get back into my true passion.

Regards,

Wm Berry

Nice to hear from you again, Bill. I know of no reason he shouldn't be allowed into the "Private Discussion" area. Keep in touch!

If Joe says so . . .
Welcome William, Steve hasn't been here in awhile . . . .
someone else pissed him off  He dropped his Yahoo page (the Yahoo Forum Police pissed him off) and he is I think on facebook. . . well you know Steve . . . easy to piss off or get pissed off at . . . but you still respect him (and sometimes love him like a brother).

William is of the highest caliber and always welcome where I am :)
Welcome back and since the Defense Contracting has come to fruition, you can buy lunch :)
