I have not, but your post creates more questions than it answers.

Who is he ?

What state is he licensed to teach/certify in ?

What credentials does he have ?

What agency issued those credentials ?

What prompted you to mention him ? is he in the news, are you promoting him, I mean why bring him up ? What is the angle here ?

I was prompted to mention him because he is an inspiration to me.
He is licensed to teach/certify in MN, Utah, and ND.
I don't know exacts on his credentials but he is widely known as the best instructor in Mn. He was also a cop and a correctional officer in LA, in twenty some years he only shot two people and 1 of them was to rescue a fellow correctional officer! the other was not fatally wounded. He also survived a hostage situation, being a hostage, while watching 1 inmate stab another about 75 times, while being told it was going to happen to him but before it could happen he was rescued. I just think he is an awesome guy. His website is www.permittocarry.org
I just wanted to mention him because he was my CCW instructor.
He is also acknowledged by the NRA.
This has nothing to do with bail enforcement but I just feel he is worth acknowledgement.

Thanks,
Jacob

The person that I took my CCW class from does a lot of training for LE and I heard he has stopped doing private classes due to heavy obligations in that arena. I considered it a privilege to qualify under him. The quality training and inside knowledge that we learn from the top instructors is well worth the extra expense and maneuvers that they put us through.
