Yak,
The NJSP is all screwed up....was told by a local LE that you do now currently need a license to work as a FRA or BRA...both titles require it that you be licensed as a P.I. or if you choose to work under a Licensed FRA is fine too but you must register under that persons license....called NJSP's (State Police) Private Investigator Licensing Dept. (Enforces FRA's too) and they said that that info is correct as of now. They have started enforcing it. Who the hell is currently licensed they have "no idea" so my question is "how the hell do i figure out who to work for until i build the experience amount required (5 yrs) to have my own FRA license. Yak this thing is gettin really strict and gettin really frustrating. Its so hard to know what the hell is goin on with all these diff LE agencies sayin different stuff....i just dont even know who to listen to anymore....so i think im just gonna sit back and watch it for a while, i dont wanna get locked up for simply tryin to do my job. I wont be home for a while, im away at a job alot, so i wont be home to answer the phone too much, but reply here and ill be sure to check up on this topic.
Thanx for your attention,
Rick
