CA BFRP Survey RE: PC 1299

This only applies to CA recovery agents.

Earlier this year a rep from the CA Research Bureau attended a CBAA meeting to ask questions regarding the effectiveness of PC 1299. They are doing a survey of CA 1299 compliant agents to see if 1299 meets the requirements of BFRP or should there be changes.

I have the survey and can fax a copy to any CA BFRP interested in participating. If so, shoot me an email and I will fax a copy to you and you can return it directly to the CRB.

I just received a call from the California Research Bureau stating that the deadline to respond to the survey is this Friday, April 20, 2007.

Any CA BFRP that has NOT yet sent in their survey should do so ASAP.

If anyone needs a copy please send me your fax number and I will send you one.
