USRB Has Changed Names

While flipping through the pages I noticed that USRB has a new name.
I can only wonder why. lol

Mark, .... As far as them being a LARGE black eye in the industry, It's hard to give credit as to tats or nick's. As you have mentioned this before, where can these tatoo's be viewed??, ... just curious.

USRB is absolute crap, they are the worst thing that has ever happened to this industry in the NE States, many of their students have been arrested, many PD's in PA, NJ and NY have had run ins with their students and have come away with a very poor image of all BEA's as a result, the worst thing is that most of those run ins didn't even involve actual cases, it was idiots running around with USRB badges pretending to be Police, trying to pull people over, threatening people and robbing drug dealers, one of their students is an ex con and currently suspected of using a USRB badge to rape and murder a woman in NYC.

They preyed on unknowing people trying to get in the business, some of whom were absolute wacko's that got excited after watching DBH on TV, they used "upsell" tactics to suck as much money out of their students as possible, they would offer initial BEA classes for around $450, then they would tell the students that if they wanted to be good BEA's and join USRB that they needed to take all their training and buy their badge, they also lied about state laws so they could sell their training to people that didn't meet their states licensing requirements, most of their students spent over a thousand dollars and never ended up getting any work, all they had to show for it was a shiny USRB badge which some used to commit crimes.

Here in Australia for e.g. if you go through a security training class, go out on the job and end up injurying someone, say through a wristlock, using techniques that you were taught, not only are you liable personally but also the training firm and instructor are as well.

Wouldn't this firm and instructors also be liable for teaching and endorsing incorrect/unlawful methods.
I mean it really isn't the students fault as they are only doing what they have been taught and told to do by a "reputable" training school with "reputable" instructors.

Tri state..in a word..yes. Any instruction that any of us have undergone can and usually does come under fire whenever we have to testify.

If an aggrieved party can be awarded compensation from any source related to thier alleged injury, then those sources are of course sought.

It's referred here as "Vicarious Liability".
