The picture is unclear, it could be a sound booster for someone with a hearing problem, the best thing to do is go online and search for listening gadgets and see if you can find anything close to what you saw.

Either it is the smallest most hightech direct reflecting laser listening device I have ever seen, or it is simply an mp3 player similar to the Eratech EMP-ZII. :lol:
