Petition to Lift the Ban Of Recovery in Illinois

Hi Everyone.

Ive started an online petition on change.org to lift the ban on bounty hunting in Illinois. My plan is to lift that ban and hopefully try to sway Wisconsin in the same direction. Not promising anything but going to try my hardest to get it done. Thinking positively about it if everyone who is willing to sign please do and share it, and leave a comment in the bottom section to support your reasons. Trying to get publicity on this the best I can and anyone else willing to help support this cause feel free to take initiative.
