I received a call from Transcon FugitiveRecovery out of Nebraska. The agent stated that he was with Blackwater witch apparently now is defunct. They list a address witch is apparently a house in Fremont Nebraska. The agent wants to assist in the capture of one of our fugitives. The agents name is Christopher Shepard (sp). Has anyone ever heard of these people? You can email me at SHEFFWCI@AOL.COM with your responses if you like.

Happy Holidays

Steve

Well,

Their website has plenty of grammatical and spelling errors. If that is any indication of their professional work ethic, you may want to proceed very carefully.

We must pay attention to the details!

Below I copied/Pasted from their website and just like Tony stated that their site had grammatical/spelling issues...This is to say the least just look below...it is actually hilarious..I am sure we all make spelling & grammar mistakes when posting on here from time to time...but when you are adversting your business through a website there is "ZERO" margin for error and if they hired a company to build the site I think I would ask for a refund....Furthermore, a serious and professional company will not advertise discount prices because they don't have too!!...In my opinion they are amateurs and not worth getting sued over...but just my 2 cents.. 8)

"for a percentage qwote contact us today we are a copetitive agency. that will get the job done right. when you hire Transcon you get the best in the industry.

Ask us about our discount prices!!!"

Steve,
I have had extensive personal experience with Blackwater/Xe/Academi..They haven't been called Blackwater since 2009. Let me do some checking foryou on Monday with my contacts there. The company still exists; they go by the name Academi now.

If they can't figure out how to use the 'spell checker' or are not interested in providing a website that is grammatically correct... do you seriously think their attention to serious detail will be any better???

I would not even consider using them for anything.... no way... you would be putting your case in the hands of a ......................... dumb azz.... and any liability ultimately falls on your head... period.... and that is the name of that tune.........

I am a crusty old Virginia redneck that owns a truck that is covered in red clay mud... my boots are covered with red clay mud... but I know how to use a spell checker and although I can't spell worth a hoot.... I use the spell checkers on my 6 year old, crusty ole laptop.... to hide my deficiencies...

 8)

<added later>>

Apparently they are legit... but I must say that I still stand by this post... if an organization doesn't take the time to review their written word in their ads... I cannot trust them to be accurate in their business practices related to my applications and for that reason, I would not use them... I hold myself to the same standard... I often come across as a clown... but I do strive to be accurate in what I do... silly or not... and I do know when to be serious...

Bill Marx,

Stop telling lies! Your truck is newer than mine, the mud on it is brown not red and the only thing old in your house is that vintage Moonshine on top of the refrigerator.
