I'm not certain what they need as we do not have a mail list for this?
If someone sends them an email via the forum it would be sent to their email address. If some one sends them a PM they could access their PMs (On the upper right it would state New Messages)

I think the guy wants Emails of ALL WANTED FUGITIVES mailed to him ...
Not site emails or PM's..
I do not think that is possible to have FUGITIVES Emailed to you.. there is a Wanted Section on this site that you can view.. but thats about all...

Wish I could have my wanted fugitives emailed to me! I could just download 'em and haul 'em off to jail!
