Hello,
Been a while since I've been on the forum but I need some advice. I have a skip that I'm almost positive is in Mississippi. I need to go pick him up and transport back to Maryland, from Mississippi. My proposed route would be from Mississippi, through Alabama, through Tennessee, through Virginia, finally to Maryland.
As I haven't had a skip in this region yet, my question is what should I look out for? I am unsure of the laws regarding transport or even re-arrest in Ms, Al, or Tn. Want to make sure I do this legally and have no issues. Anybody know the laws for these states, etc?

uh.... West Virginia, Mississippi.... Tennessee, Maryland and Virginia...
My advice would be, have all your paperwork up to date and in hand, research the weapons laws in each state.... BTW... Maryland, you can't carry.... be very careful.. take someone with you... and dress like your going fishin'.... literally... and tell no one what you are doing... oh, wait a minute... you already told all of us... (kidnapping is a federal crime)... so, good luck.
Advice from us may or may not be correct... I don't usually ask many what to do... I usually try to find out from the "source"... look it up and make some phone calls to the proper authorities... BEFORE you leave.... your gonna get a ton of conflicting advice, if any at all... I would do all the research myself.

^ well that pretty much goes without saying, I know the carry laws etc, I was basically asking if anyone had any experience transporting through any of these states. Information on this is tough to get ahold of and the authorities half the time aren't sure.
