I live in gaston cty in nc. I am on a bond and she has skipped. Her parole officer has filed it with usms as fugitive. The bond agency told me that it is unlawful for them to try and find and arrest her. I need to find her....she text me often but no info given to me from her. What can we do to find this girl. Thanks.

Are you the indemnitor ("co-signer") on her bond?

That statement makes no sense... they are on the hook for the bond amount, just like you and frankly, they will have to pay it before they even consider coming after you for the money, so why would they tell you that... something is rather fishy here...

You say she's on parole. I can think of a couple of things that might be going on.

A) If the case is over and she has been sentenced and is now on parole then your bond should have been exonerated and you are off the hook concerning the bond. This is what the bonding company could be trying to to tell you.

B) The second possibility is that she is on parole on a different case and the parole folks are looking for her about a violation. This situation could occur without her failing to appear or violating any release conditions on the bond that you have co-signed.

She has several felonies. I am on her bond for the violation of probation....which she did not appear in court for. She also has not responded or seen her po which is why she is a usms fugitive now.
