While I don't put much on here of any substance, there are some top kntch people on this forum. There are also some that feel the need to toot their own horn and some that have no idea what they're talking about. Hang around awhile and you'll see fairly quickly the ones to mimmick and the ones to dismiss really quickly.

BTW don't always think a person is good at this profession because he's been at it 100 years, could have been doing it all wrong during that time. There are folks here that I know personally that have been in this business 3 years and they are danged good. Take care!!

Yea I have seen that a little bit already lol... But i have spoken with a few that gave me some real good info and in result I have got my guy!
