After an all night session, both the U.S Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives announced today a new Federal Law that proclaimed that the USRB is the only Bounty Hunter School authorized to teach in the United States.
President Bush signed the legislation at 6 A.M. this morning, stating that "Now only USRB graduates can be like Dog Chapman!"
In addition to the above, all USRB graduates are now empowered under Federal with "All powers, rights and privileges equal to that of a U.S. Marshall". They are authorized to work in all 50 States, carry weapons on commercial flights and function as advisers to the U.S. Army Delta Force and the U.S. Navy SEALs.
No current "Bounty Hunters" will be grandfathered under this law, and ALL must attend the USRB training.
Agent Spike was quoted as saying "this is a GOOD law. I have to go now, we need to raise our tuition rates!"
THIS IS ONLY A SATIRE!!! Take your Prozac and Nitro pills please!

L.A.W., I tried that counseling stuff a while back.
My therapist was so upset, that after 15 minutes of talking with me, he jumped out of the window...and his office was in the basement!

I was thinking that the usrb was going to over throw the goverment of the state of new jersey and declare themselves kings and queens--I must have been wrong-but then again new jersey--i also heard it might be hawaii--the other rumor is that dog chapman is going to be the usrb mascot--again inquireing minds want to know
