I have been trying since June 2012 (this is October 3, 2012) to get service by the Sheriff's office in a Mississippi county on a debtor that has skipped.
I tracked them down for the S.O. TWICE. They refuse to perform service. I made the trip after the last time I sent them an updated address and saw the subjects leaving the building in broad daylight.
Is there anyone on this forum who is close to Bolivar County, Mississippi who would be willing to do service?
