Looking for a Bail Bond Agent or someone who can file a property lien
with the Yakina County autitors office. I have a Bond in Ohio and my client is in Washington State. If someone can help they would be compensated for thier time.
Thanks,
Steve

Steve I think you get the judgment where you do business and then have it perfected in WA state.

Contact that Auditors Office and follow their Instructions.

I am assuming that you (your company) has issued a Bond for a defendant that may or may not live in your area but has secured said Bond with collateral in another State.

Either way . . . Judgement or collateral, that is the Office that I would contact for information for how to or how not to do something in their County.

LuVonda,

This is one of my agents. I help them out, but I want them to learn how to do things.

Cool . . . and how is that working ? What is the correct "scenario" ?
Judgement . . . OR . . . Bond written with the collateral in another State?

Sorry LuVonda..... That I have not gotten back to your post. Steve is working out fine. He's has lot to learn still, but he's getting everything down.

To answer your question, it's Bond written with the collateral in another State. He has a title agency taken care of the paper work for him.

P.S..... Take it is easy on the newbie.........
