WHen you are a bail agent are there laws for each region of the ccountry? Or do you have to look at laws in each state in that region and follow those rules? Also do you need a license to be a bail agent? And where would you find the place to register as a bail agent?

Button: In MOST states the answer is "yes" to all of your questions; However, there are still a few "cowboy" states left where no licensing, certification or training is required.
