ICE special agents and U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers examined his possessions. The examination revealed various weapons and accessories, including: three radiation detectors, one bulletproof vest, 40 rounds of 9mm Black Talon ammunition, one handheld taser device, one riflescope, one spray can of mace, and $13,256 in unreported currency. Mihsen is a registered private investigator,

Yeah, I'm sure ICE is preventing ALL SORTS of VIOLENCE OVERSEAS LOL... That's laughable. Hell, I say send in anyone who wants a shot at osama... then maybe we'll actually catch him and end this mess.

I wonder how many of us remember that right after we went into Afghanistan several americans were arrested, tried and convicted of bounty hunting in that country. They were there to hunt for Osama and conducted interviews and threatened individuals in that country. They were sentenced to 10 years and if I remember correctly one of the individuals was well known.

I think it is bunk for a NATION to put a bounty on someone and then make it difficult to get it. The U.S. should be be taking application and a list of individuals who are applying to obtain the bounty then help them get the neccesary paperwork to do so. Of course that means the guy would probably already have been caught by now and there would be no reason to continue our occupation. Of course we could just make something else up... say they now have WMDs buried miles beneath the surface that we didn't know about... or maybe say they have a new type of laser beam that will vaporize the entire US and that we have to stay and find it.

Actually Don the guys in prison in Afghanistan were there illegally and without the consent of anyone. They were just trying to collect the 25 million bounty and according to the news reports had tortured some locals trying to get information.
