I found this news article on the Net. Seems that 3 "Bounty Hunters" shot a individual in Birmingham, AL. When reading the article, it sounds like AZ all over again. Here is the link:

It sounds pretty close to the Arizona case. That is all we need, that is the case that caused Arkansas to change their laws regarding bounty Hunters.
