I am licensed Surety Recovery for Missouri. I understand that I need some type of insurance to cover my rear. Can someone give me a few good insurance companies that will good for this type of work.
I am also wanted to ride with a few of the Surety Agents to make sure that I do have my books in order. I have my bail bonds licenses but I do have a General Agent on that part of the position. And I have returned a couple of my own clients back to jail for being caught by me doing drugs and the cosigner wanting off the bond because the child keeps running from address to address without contacting me I believe in 4 weeks out he had moved 7 times.
I would appreciate any help!

Sorry,
I am meaning is that I bail a female out on a assault charge, then once she was out I found her abusing drugs. I informed her that she is not to be doing drugs when she out on my bond. She said she wasn't. I made a stop by her house and when I walked up to her door, I seen her making herself feel good. The next morning I put her back in. Then the same day I revoked bond, she was charged with forgery and now on a $10,000 bond. She understood why I was putting her back in and she cried because she knew she was busted. She kept telling me she did not do drugs (did not even realized I was standing at her door way, her friend let me in).
That is what I meant. I will not let them be caught in a lie to my face. I will not allow them to think they are right and I am wrong. Not when it comes to drugs.

Then on the address change. I bail this kid out and was informed that he lived at this one address. When I went to contact this kid about something the number I called was his step father and he informed me that he was not able to live with them. So I contacted the cosigner and asked them, this kids had missed a court date right after I bailed him out. The cosigners was getting nervous cause the kid kept moving around to different address and he wasn't reporting it to me or the courts of his moves. I had spoke with the kid on the phone and informed him that if he moves from that address of where he is now he is to inform me or the courts. Well the kid moved three more times after that. I was contacted by the cosigner that they did not want to be responsibile for this kid anymore. He had already missed court on another charge.
So I went and revoke his bond. He understood that he messed up and was back out after a few days on ROR. He calls me everyonce in awhile just to say high and that he is excited about becoming a father for the second time. Even thou he doesn't support the first child. That is what I meant. Sorry long day.

Welcome to the bail bonds business... as time passes certain orifices of your body tend to tighten up somewhat... especially when you are unable to locate one of those druggies that is moving every week or so... druggies tend to do that regularly and sometimes it is actually rather difficult to locate them ... at that moment in time, as stated.... your sphincters will tend to draw up quickly and you will realize that you are in a rather exciting business, especially if the bond is upwards of $10,000 as you mentioned. I think you have already learned that anyone can fill out the paperwork, the metal of the business comes later in the game. Read this website often and closely and you will find a tremendous amount of related information from a host of professionals that can give you much insight into the real world of bonding and recovery. It is not easy but it is rewarding if you use your head and work hard. Just thought I would drop that on ya.... you probably already knew all this but it sometimes helps to hear it from someone occasionally.
