VA has spoken very clearly and is sending a message to Congress, if you wish to keep your elected office, you better get to gettin' and stop with the spending, support our troops and fill the request of the General in the field hand picked by the President, get out of private business and reduce government, not grow it. This country needs to be run like a business, with balanced books and fiscal responsibility. Remember, your job depends on it!

Now guys, when has there ever been a state of national government that was fiscally responsible? Some local govs have been but, when you are big and have what they perceive as unlimited funding, meaning taxpayers, its not your money so "spend it like there is no tomorrow."

However I agree, I hope Tuesday elections was a shot across the bow. Then again in CA in my local congress critter race, "we" elected a career politician that all he did was position himself for the next office.

He was our insurance commish and promised to clean up the bail industry. Under him it got worse.
