You know something, I just realized... yes it took this long LOL... that the charges listed were:
impersonating a police officer and possession of a police radio (scanner)
notice no mention of a charge of violating KRS 440.270? It is supposed to be a felony as well as the impersonation charge.
I wonder if perhaps the prosecutor doesn't want to risk a Supreme Court issue.
I haven't been able to find any news on the subject anymore... got REAL quiet down there. I don't think any city officials would answer me if I asked what was going on LOL.
