1) NO ONE may hunt in NJ without a Cert Card, ... Period.
2) You CANNOT TRANSPORT prisoners within NJ without being Certified.
3) Yak is Certified. ....

Hello, Yak hope you're doing well. How are things going in your neck of the woods? Been doing fine myself. I also requested clarification from NJSP and they responded back saying the "Bounty Hunter Licensing act" is being enforced as of June 2009.
