The point was that many jurisdictions have a "Working Permit" that requires annual re-qualifications etc. and that is required in most jurisdictions to possess while working as a BEA and to clarify the difference. Most people that have a CCW for personal protection often use that permit to work as a BEA and that will get them n trouble in most states.

Yes I am aware, I am just clarifying that Florida is not one of those states
