lol Tony....:) Sorta like the old cliche of " I wear the pants in my family and I have my wife's permission to say so !" ?

"IT" = Information Technology-aka computers, internet, routers, wireless devices, programming, yadda yadda yadda.

And just so everyone knows, the letters that USBDA have were proven to me to be forged. These letters were for specific agents (who were originally listed) but those agents were removed and USBDA was added (Ain't it cool what you can do with a good computer program). These were sent to me, as proof, by one of those that are claiming to have been scammed by this company. I was sent both copies...the original and the forgery. I have since removed them from my e-mail due to not thinking of any reason that I might need them....but I saw them with my own eyes. Whoever made the changes to this paperwork made slight mistakes in the alignment of the changes (Having even better computer programs is even more cool). That is funny that there are people that will defend illegal actions and believe some, no matter how much proof is provided. I had no opinion until I was contacted by an individual that could, did, and will show proof. I have now been contacted by a second that is willing to do the same.....as soon as he is re-admitted to the forum (On The Hunt; Kathy knows about the situation; He had not checked replies in the time given and that is why he had not responded to any requests, so he tells me)

Are we saying "ITs" as in cross dressers or "ITs" as in Information Techs?

Enough of this crap.

"On the Hunt" was never banned or kicked off whatever....he/she whatever and I went round and round over thier posts. I told him/her as soon as they properly identified themselves and provided evidence that could be checked independetly, we wouldn't have any issues with investigating usbda.

They have REPEATEDLY refused to comply with this requests and instead have gone around whining and crying and complaining about thier threads being removed unjustly so.

Rules regarding bashing and trashing are clearly posted in the forum rules section. We are not an industry watch dog group, an industry police unit, or an industry compliance agency. This person was advised by several, that if he had evidence of a crime or crimes to to do like everyone else and go through the proper leo channels.

If, this is a civil issue between a customer and a vendor, then they have legal remedies available to them through the courts, Better Business Bureaus, the State Officials, etc.

Now, the other night I spent close to 2 hrs on the phone with Mr. Parker in an effort to resolve this issue between FRN and USBDA. While I will not go into details regarding that call, Mr. Parker di clarify some issues for me.

Mr. Parker clearly stated that the letter "A" at the end of thier title stands for association, not agency. this has been the major cause of concern for alot of us, myself included. I advised him that it was in his best interest to change the title to denote this distinction on his website to alleviate further confusion. He said he would. I checked his website yesterday, and he has changed it minutely, but in the upper right hand corner it does clearly state "association".

2) USBDA does not and is not a school. It is an association who connects interested students with legitimate schools in thier areas. Basically like a brokerage firm, recruiting firm, etc. He claims he collects $695 from the students, of which $200 goes to usbda, $495 goes to the schools.

3) He stated clearly he is not licensed for anything, other than the required documentation for operating as an association.

4) He has been investigated by the NYS and the NYC authorities, thanks in great part to the complaints filed by people from here. According to him, they found no violations at this time.

5) He also stated that his attorney is monitoring this website and all posts pertinent to usbda are being printed out for prosecution against those who are making the wild, unsubstantiated accusations.

etc etc etc....

I found Mr. Parker to be receptive to suggestions and ideas, he answered my questions honestly and completely, and he admitted some mistakes they (usbda) have made. He is currently working towards correcting the things that need correction.

At this point, I do not wish FRN to be involved in this matter any more. The issues between usbda and disgruntled customers need to be resolved through established and standard procedures available to all of us.

I am locking this topic as it is done, just Like LuVonda has said earlier.
I will leave it up for a brief period for all to read, then I will remove it as it is no long a concern of ours.
