Hi Steve,
Thanks for the concern... it is good to know that my occasional posts would be missed LOL.
As far as Ms. Sandra goes.... I'm going to stay out of that one. Except to agree that accessing NCIC is unlawfull for the wrong personell (Non Active LE).

Well, I just watched that ABC special clip from her website. All in all not a bad little episode. No busting in doors, no flambouyancy, even a statement regarding real "bounty hunting" being more about surveillance and pretexting.
Only comment I would say is that physical cues for lying is not always the same. For example, while a person glancing to the right may be indicative of lying it might not as well.
The purpose is to establish a baseline of behavior... kind of like why when one is given a lie detector test the tester asks a bunch of "baseline" questions that he knows is true or untrue thus establishing the subjects true/untrue response readings.
So one would start out in interrogation by asking some questions that the interrogator knows is true or false and then he/she establishes the "norm" in the subjects physical cues in his responses.
Hope I put that out right, it's been awhile since I've had that training.

Thats what I get for going to New York to tape a show. All I can say about Sandra Scott: 1. She said she would answer any questions asked on another thread, she did not., 2. She PM'd me to have me ask the questions because she said she was not responding to that thread anymore, I did and she still has not answered my questions.

What show did you tape Bob? Let me know when it's on... not much good stuff on TV these days LOL.
It's a pity she doesn't reply to the questions.... the thing is, I do not really think her previous employment really has a bearing on her ability to be a PI or work in Recovery.
In fact, if not for the publicity, it would probably be an asset (coupled with decent job related training that is) I do not know what type of training she has had... I am assuming it is difficult to get a PI license in CA without some type of training? I hear to transport prisoners you have to get POST certification? Heck, I hear that there I need a "guard card" to do EP or Strike Security work (though I also hear it's pretty easy to get).
As strict as CA can be on certain things I would be surprised to find out that there isn't some type of regualtion on licensing.
Our CA people on this forum could better inform us of the CA requirements.

We taped the Montel Williams show. They will let us know when it will air, they said they were going to try and get it on air by the end of the month but we will have to wait and see.
I asked Sandra legitimate questions about her reasons for entering this line fo work. I did not think that she would respond even though she said that she would. She has been licensed as a PI for a little over a year according to someone that was working on a project with her. I also spoke with the individual that trained her for BEA work and they did not have anything nice to say. That is about all I can comment on about her as it seems she likes to use the courts if you say anything about her.
As I always say this is my opinion only.
