If the sub. has departerd the country. Contact the local D.A. have him contact the federal pros. He may issue a warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosicution (ufap) 18 u.s.c. You find a bail agent to pick him up and bring hih to a local jail. Bounty hunting is legal in the philippenes .

See, theres one pedo in particular I have a plan for catching, but the details for catching him are so complicated that I've been looking up how to do it for a while. See, hes a well known artist that lives in the phillipines and does webcomics on the internet for a living. I think if I can lure him into the united states with his child porn on his laptop, I can get him arrested. I know theres a lot of flaws in this plan on its own, so I was wondering if you could help me point them out.

GOOD GRIEF!
No where in any of this persons' postings have I read that this individual is wanted by ANY jurisdiction.
INFACT, I am curious as to how this person has even ascertained as to how this person is a pedophile.
h988, I have not checked out your comment ("Bounty Hunting" is legal in the Philippines) and I have no reason to. However , IF someone is NOT WANTED there is NO REASON to "Bounty Hunt" as there is NO ONE to RETURN HIM or HER TO. That would be tantamount to KIDNAPPING.
It is beginning to sound as tho someone has an axe to grind. Rookie, I am sure that you will find some message board on the Net that panders to this kinda crap.
WE do NOT.

Luvonda you are dead on correct.

H988 - try reading the entire thread before you open your mouth and post.
Again another example of why you didn't get much out of the course you took.

Hey, there's a guy in ... I think it is Thailand... or maybe Scotland... or well, some other land... and I think he is into... uh.... 'pettaafeeliagenetalia'... which as I understand it is the habit of petting small furry four legged animals on their hind end... very alarming and absolutely against the laws of nature... although I think in Scotland or is it Greenland... it is not against the local laws...

I want to know if I can get someone to go there and pick him up and bring him to........... well, I don't want to name the place or the time but get him here so we can correct his actions.... it makes no difference that he is not breaking any laws or that he is not in our country... it just p'ss's me off that he is doing this and I want to fix it so he stops.... I have no proof of his actions other than innuendos... (did ya like that big word....?) but I am the internet police and I want to stop him... I feel compelled to go after him, regardless of whether it is right or wrong.... just my agenda.

H988... does this make sense to you?... This is what your posts sound like to me............ sort of hard to put together, ya know???
Don't worry, I have nothing further to say on this entire thread... I am not even sure why I took the time to write this comment... other than I had nothing better to do for the last 5 minutes.... take an 'Ebonics' course...

A bounty hunter captures fugitives for a monetary reward (bounty). Other names, mainly used in the United States, include bail enforcement agent, fugitive recovery agent, and bail fugitive investigator. Other countries do not have bounty hunters; they use only standard law enforcement agencies to recover suspects.

Bounty hunting, and bounty hunters, are legal in only two nations: the United States and the Republic of the Philippines.

Here is a link for you to ponder... although it may not be totally true.... Wikipedia is an editable site....

In Missouri they are not called Bounty Hunters they are called Surety Recovery Agents. And some states do not allow Bounty Hunters in their state.
