I'm with Tony on this one!! Ask to see her certificates and if you still have questions, call the organizations that issued the certs (this past year a number of fraudulent certificates have started showing up when people have contacted me regarding work. I check everyone out!).

I am also with Tony regarding escaping the midwest!! Having grown up in Iowa, I love the weather here (my daughter called and told me she had a mountain of snow piled up outside her front window. I told her I coud see the snow up in the mountains while sitting out on my deck enjoying the 70+ temperatures of the last few days!).

she has invited me multiple times to come and aid her in arresting a fugitive. Im trained tactically and i have my own gear and firearms which shes asked me to bring. would this be legal?
2. I want to verify that she is indeed a legal BEA, as i am yet to see any actual evidence of this. How would i do this? is there some amount of documentation she would have to provide or is it as simple as checking a database?
I appreciate your time and any help or advice you can offer.

If you have tactical gear but not 1299 compliant in Ca. I would suggest keeping it under lock and key. They can arrest you for carrying; As for the lady you live with, I agree keep your distance!!!!

Weasel, you make me jealous!

Scott

Anybody want any Obama souvenirs from the inaugural? They are all over the place here!

Well,

We have another day in "paradise" with the temperature reaching in the low 70's, blinding sunshine. I can't take much more of this winter weather.

Scott, if one of those long black boxes happen to fall out the back of one of those black suburbans, pick it up and save it for me. I'll be right there.

Tony.
Another day in paradise here too. If you're a polar bear or penguin!! 40 below wind chill last night. High of 8 below today.
How big is your basement? Mind if I come stay with you in the winters?

By the way, can I get that SUV with heated seats and a plow?

Icer,
If I lived where you do, I would have to trade my wife in on one of them there seasonal wives. You know, the kind that tip the scales just over 250 lbs until spring, then you break out her 120 ib sister wife!

Ahhh to be Morman just 'cause it is convenient!

Scott
