Thanks to everyone who posted and sent PMs and called. I appreciate it very much. I awoke to a breakfast of birthday cake and milk. It's sort of a family tradition since I usually keep such weird hours. Later on I reaffirmed the fact that I was still in pretty good shape by working out in my bi-weekly judo class, where I am happy to report that I surprised several younger and stronger opponents and at least to my satisfaction gave a pretty good accounting of myself. Then my wife and daughter treated me to dinner at Wasabis, my favorite Japanese steak house. All in all, a pretty great day. Thanks again and here's to another year spent above ground.
