On the few occasions that I had to go out of state in search of a skip... and when I do employee a FRA... I try to make it as easy for both of us as possible... and one way (I have found) is to agree to meet the FRA with the fugitive, halfway or some point closer for the FRA... this often times lowers the overall cost involved and certainly makes it a bit easier for the FRA (especially if bringing the 'perp' back to me is out of his way). Most of the guys I have dealt with are willing to cut a few bucks off the fee if you are willing to work with and meet them to lower their costs... but I do not... and I repeat... DO NOT get in their way or try and tell them how to do their job... that is another story not addressed in this thread.
