Ive ran into that quite a bit in St Louis. The one this week in the actual city, Im not sure of the precinct, but she was working near Union Station, downtown.

I had a guy this summer on the west side, near Forrest Park, Botanical Gardens, area, and they said the same thing. Didnt know why I was calling. Again, I explained it was state law that I report and they said ok, good luck.
