ok i got all the www. for all but i searched forever for IRB and could no find it anywhere.

I hate to be so blunt, but I went to google and typed in IRB and the website was the 10th one down. If you are "searching forever" for a result for something this simple, I hope your basic investigation skills concern you as much as they do me. I suggest you spend some serious time learning how to do searches. This is a research tool you absolutely CANNOT do without. Learn how to do boolean searches and look at Googles advanced search engine too. This is a basic skill that I spoke of in my earlier post..don't rely on other people's research for your information, learn how to perform your own research. It is vital.

Many of the sites are also listed in the BEA FAQ sticky.

Just a side about searches, there is a site called www.scandoo.com that screens Google, MSN, and Yahoo searches. It "rates" the resulting sites as being safe, unsafe, or unknown. This is very helpful since porn, spam, and spyware sites regularly show up even when searching for innocent words or phrases.

Us "professionals" may not see the need for something like this, but think of your kids and grandkids that are online doing research for school work, or just playing around. Or for other novices, like my sister, who are constantly unknowingly downloading crap on their computers and frying their hard drive. If they know not to click on the site with the red X, it will stop them from going into some innocent sounding porn site, or one that will download a virus on your computer. No matter what antivirus or spyware protection you use, these scumbags are always one step ahead.

Most of these sites are listed in the BEA FAQ thread....Why do you newbies refuse to read it ?

I think they either "miss" it or don't know to look for it. We continually reference it, but....
