Now that sounds like a man with a plan! If something like that could be worked out it would be within reason. The only problem is the out of state incarceration if the BEA and or company did their job. I know that here it could take a few months to achieve exoneration but, we get our pay for doing the job when the proper documents are turned in and then it is up to their corporate attorney (1 who missed the bus to the bottom of the ocean) to get the client exonerated.
