I attended a Bail Agent and Law Enforcement Summit in Riverside County a few days ago. One of the speakers was a gentleman by the name of Robert Taft, who is an investigator with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. This slide show is a part of the presentation that he had prepared for the summit.

Bob spoke at our NABBI conference in Long Beach 2 years ago and will be attending the Memphis NABBI conference next month.

In my opinion, he is the most knowledgeable rank and file law enforcement officer on the subject of bail.

For those of you in the Memphis area, I would highly recommend you try to attend the NABBI conference next month. Also if you have LEO contacts please invite them also.

I absolutely agree with your opinion of Mr. Taft; I was highly impressed with the man.

Long Beach.... very knowledgeable and very interested in cleaning up our industry... very interesting talk and if your inclined to make it to Memphis in April... you will learn a lot not only from this gentleman but from the members of NABBI who will be in attendance...
