Are you talking about a premium payment plan?

No sir the form for when they what to pay the whole amount owed when they skip instead of turning themselves in. I use to have 1 that a lot of members were using at 1 time but can't find where I put it.

Dan, I stopped using them completely, when the indemnitor wants to pay the defendant's bond off, I hook them up with the bondsman, and hand him my invoice. Taking or handling money while working recoveries is tenuous at best and opens the door for too many liabilities or criminal accusations. If you are the bondsman, your receipt that meets state requirements is sufficient as they are simply satisfying a performance bond for appearance that they guaranteed. No promises or clarifications is needed.
