For the second time I have been contacted by someone claiming to be with an official department. Today it was Mark Johnston of the Detroit Court Services. He was looking for a the name of the County where a warrant was from on one of my fugitives. He said he came across him while doing a probation arrest. I refused to give the individual any information as I new it was a scam. I explained to Mr. Johnston to run the name and dob through NCIC. Mr. Johnston said that he needed the SS # to do it. I refused to give him any information as the last time this scam happened the individual were able to scam money out of the Bondsman and there numbers D/C the next day.

Mr. Johnston is now calling clients in my area to try and get the info he is looking for. Stating that I am going to be arrested for obstruction of justice for not supplying him with the information he was asking for.

Just curious, anyone else have this problem?

Let me know

Steve

The MO is that of a guy that Tony helped get arrested, recently. I forget his name because he had like four of them and I'm not sure we know his real one. (Nicholas Griffith, was one.) He got right back to it, after he got out and this sounds like his style.

Who is Tony? Suggs? I really want this guy. Since my post he has called back and gave me a address In Dearborn Mich. He said all he wants is a call and a thank you after we get him. Called Dearborn Police who stated that the address I had was not in there town. What a shock. He asked me to fly out and meet him and he would take me to the defendant. I will have the address checked for nothing else but curiosity but I am not going to jump on the first plane out.

Sounds like Nicholas Douglas aka Christopher Griffith. Do you have a telephone number he called from?
