I'm a fairly pragmatic and modest fella when it comes to social interaction, but, when it comes realizing that a woman may be interested in me, I'm as dense as they come.

I can't compeltely describe the dynamics involved, but can anyone share their thoughts on what I perceive as an interest in "Bounty Hunters" (as they know us from the media) from a number of ongoing contacts on the street?

Have any of you fellow, male species ever been subjected to overt flirting by a non-involved female after identifying your purposes?

Recently, I was at a grocery store as a part of a general canvass concerning a stripmall where my bail skip was rumored to be working.

A very attractive clerk made it clear that she had never met a "Bounty Hunter" (I identified myself as a bail bond company owner though she made up her own mind), and that she was attracted to the image for no other reason than the promise of adventure. Some of her co-workers (all female) joined in in such a way as to disrupt my investigation (but just for a minute). I later gave her my card in case she saw the guy, and she called me later that night with an invitation to join her for "drinks."

This is not an isolated incident.

I refused to consider that she was interested out of modesty, but her call forced me to wake up.

So, what say you all? Are you all having the same experiences?

Rex

ps: No, I declined her offer--seriously. :o
