Is it possible to get an update on the Badge Law in Ohio? The last post I found was over a year ago and I know Ohio has changed some laws since then. I've read over the Ohio Law and can't seem to find anything about what can or cannot be on the badge. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a little off subject . In 2004 a P.I. was arrested in Calif. for impersonation of a officer. He was also charged with one count of simulation an offical inquiry. He sent an offical looking fax to a govt. dept. See Stanislaus Co. D.A. press release dated Aug. 6, 2004 .
