I'm still laughing. Scott, I don't need to throw you a curve ball with my questions. I really think the guy you met was "Bobby" but the guy there now is Ben.
The chopper place is still there.

I have recovered a lot of fugitives from reservation land near Tucson. If you contact the tribal LE you should have no problem.

We have a variety of different reservations up here in the north. From my experiences, we know which ones will work with us and which ones won't. Some won't even consider working with you to arrest one of their own. Others are more than happy to help! They dislike having the trouble makers around just as much as any other community would. I'd suggest approaching the tribal LE to find out where they stand. The skip you're after might just be someone they themselves would like to see go. All they can do is tell you no. If that's the case, you'll just have to find a way to get them when they come out. We have one reservation that we cannot in any way grab someone off of, but the tribal police will contact us if they know our subject is leaving or has left. Just be respectful and try to build a working relationship with them. Hope my two cents worth helps.

The B.I.A. has a law enf. H.Q. in New Mexico. It is poss. that they have a written policy in the form of a pamplet. I have one from the N.Y.P.D. If the person you are going after is member of the tribe / nation they will glady hand they over. If not contact the C.E.O. / Chief first .
